Information we collect
- Form submissions. When you request an audit or quote, we receive what you enter: name, email, brand or store URL, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), revenue range, TikTok Shop status, the service you are interested in, your market, your message, and any growth-simulator settings or audit self-check answers you chose to include.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We use your IP address briefly to prevent repeated spam submissions.
How we use it
We use form information only to reply to your request, prepare your audit or quote, and follow up about it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are emailed to our team inbox and kept in a private file on our web server so no request is lost. Both are hosted with our hosting provider. We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond and manage any working relationship, then delete them on request.
Third-party services
- Cal.com handles call bookings if you choose to book; its own privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google.
- WhatsApp applies its own policy if you message us there.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@sparkgmv.com.
